One of the greatest things about my job is that I get to help people from all walks of life–and as a result–all kinds of varying schedules. Striving to accommodate everyone, especially those who have committed to longterm coaching plans, is of the utmost importance to me. Therefore, out of respect for my athletes, it is necessary for me to maintain the following policies regarding last-minute cancellations:

1-on-1 Coaching Plans
Cancellations before plan begins:
•Up to 2 weeks before your plan is scheduled to begin, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee, to cover the time and work I have already spent committed to preparing your plan.
•Cancellations within 1 week of a plan's start date are only eligible for a 75w% refund, because by this time I will have already put in significant work preparing your plan and tailoring it to your individual needs.

Cancellations after plan begins:
•If you wish to cancel within the first half of your plan, you will be eligible for a 25% refund of the time remaining.
•Once you are in the second half of your plan, you are no longer eligible for a refund of any amount.

In-Person Sessions

Cancellations within 24 hrs before session:
•1st cancellation: warning, no fee charged
•2nd cancellation: fee for session is owed at time of session; all future sessions must be paid for in advance, and may only be scheduled once payment for cancelled session has been collected
•3rd cancellation: further sessions may only be scheduled under my discretion, once prior payments have been collected

Cancellations within 2 hours before session (or past 9pm for sessions before noon):
•1st cancellation: 50% fee for session is owed at time of session, and must be paid before another session can be scheduled
•2nd cancellation: entire fee for session is owed at time of session; all future sessions must be paid for in advance, and may only be scheduled once payment for cancelled session has been collected
•3rd cancellation: further sessions may only be scheduled under my discretion, once prior payments have been collected
