1-on-1 Coaching
What is 1-on-1 coaching?
This page covers two services: COACHING PLANS and TRAINING SESSIONS. Sessions are when we run together in-person, much like a personal training session, and plans are long-term virtual partnerships where I support your running journey beyond in-person sessions, or without them entirely. For runners who are simply looking for a custom training plan without the day-to-day oversight and feedback of a coach, please visit my training plan page! Whether you're training for your first race, simply want to learn how to run "better" or train safely, or are chasing a Boston Qualifying time or beyond, I hope you'll consider the benefits of a longterm coaching plan!
ALL COACHING PLANS INCLUDE: 
• Meet & greet to establish goals and discuss previous running experience 
• Comprehensive, personalized training plan on Final Surge, daily analysis and feedback on your workouts and overall progress, with adjustments as needed
• Access to over 60 pages I've written on a variety of topics including training principles, running psychology, workout routines & exclusive videos
• Discovery session with Lindsey Klein, Registered Dietitian to discuss your nutrition goals, as well as the option for us to coordinate (with your consent) to tailor your nutrition plan to your training plan and provide a more holistic training experience
• Discovery session at Prehab New York, a runner's performance clinic that specializes in running mechanics to help you identify, prevent and manage any new or existing injuries, as well as one complimentary recovery treatment
• Form analysis and footwear consultation 
• Racing and pacing strategy development
• Unlimited contact and support via email, text, Final Surge, etc.
• The ability to add in-person 1-on-1 pacing sessions at reduced pricing!
TRAINING SESSIONS:
In-person workouts consist of a brief warm-up routine with dynamic stretching, a run together, and a brief cooldown routine with static stretching. In-person sessions must be a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 2 hours or 10 miles (whichever comes first) and must be scheduled at least 1 week in advance.
Please note that in sessions with multiple runners, I may not be able to physically run with every participant depending on the nature of the workout and the difference in each participant's pace (although I will try my best!)

In-Person Training Sessions: $100/hour
Group sessions:
2 Runners (must be similarly paced): $50/hour per person
3+ (all paces welcome): $30/hour per person
8-Week "Trial" Coaching Plan: $250 + 1 free session
(recommended # of sessions: 2-4)
Want a taste of the coaching experience but not quite ready to fully commit? Very understandable - that's why I created this trial option! This plan includes everything seen on the longer coaching plans, but on a short term, significantly discounted trial basis. Cannot be combined with other plans, and additional in-person sessions are full-price. ***Please note that this option may not always be available if I am at full capacity.

12-Week Coaching Plan: $600 + $90/hour for in-person sessions
(recommended # of sessions: 4-6)
This plan is best for: 5k, 10k and Half Marathoners of all levels, runners who would like to focus on building up their mileage through a Base Building phase, runners who want to take their time to learn the sport, run/walkers who want to get better at running for longer periods of time, and runners who have a clear short-term race goal.

16-Week Coaching Plan: $725 + $85/hour for in-person sessions 
(recommended # of sessions: 6-8)
This plan is best for: Marathoners and Half Marathoners of all levels, runners who aspire to achieve a personal best race performance at any distance, runners who want to experience a periodized training plan with a wide variety of workouts, and runners who want a professional to help them maintain longterm continuity in their training.

20-Week Coaching Plan: $850 + $80/hour for in-person sessions
(recommended # of sessions: 8-10)
This plan is best for: First-time Marathoners, runners of all levels with longterm or multiple race goals, runners who wish to build their mileage, strength and speed from the ground up through a full-fledged periodized plan, runners who are ready to commit to a longterm relationship with a coach, and runners who like a good deal!
*Please note that I am only able to coach/pace a limited number of athletes at any given time. If I am fully booked, I am happy to place you on a waitlist and will contact you as soon as an opening arises.
**Please note that I am only able to do in-person sessions with athletes in NYC and nearby NJ/tristate areas. If over 1-hour of travel is required roundtrip, I kindly ask for an additional hourly rate to cover my commuting time and expenses.
