$120 / 4 weeks - 1-on-1 coaching with no minimum commitment, including 2 in-person pacing sessions per month. Additional pacing sessions can be added for an additional $25/hour.
$300 / 12 weeks - 1-on-1 coaching with 12 WEEK minimum commitment, including 2 in-person pacing sessions per month. Additional pacing sessions can be added for an additional $25/hour.
$175 / 4 weeks - The Speed Work Sampler - A 4-week intensive involving 4 in-person pacing sessions, all various forms of speed work including 1 Tempo Run, 1 Fartlek, 1 Mile Repeat workout and 1 Track Repeat workout. Highly recommended for goal-oriented runners hoping to qualify for Boston and beyond. Additional pacing sessions can be added for an additional $25/hour.***
$60 / 4 weeks - Virtual Only - 1-on-1 virtual coaching with NO MINIMUM MONTHLY COMMITMENT and no startup fees. Offers everything in the other packages, except for the in-person pacing sessions.
$35/hour - Coaching A La Carte - 1-on-1 in person coaching/pacing session. No plan required.
