Standard Training Plans
Want "just another" great training plan? These pre-made training plans are no less comprehensive than their custom-made counterparts, but they're a great, economic option for runners who aren't looking for custom plans or coaching (yet!)
All plans come with a written guide that breaks down everything you need to know–from how each type of run works to the purpose of each training phase, as well as my favorite tips and tricks to make following the plan as fun and effective as possible.

RUN/WALK CONDITIONING PLANS: $25 each
Run/Walk Green: A training program designed to help anyone, even the runner with no prior running experience whatsoever, become more comfortable with running through the use of Run/Walk Intervals.
Recommended experience level: None
Program length: 12 weeks
Program end goal: Comfortably run for 3 minutes at a time, with 3-6 minute walking breaks.
Run/Walk Blue: A conditioning plan for those who are already somewhat comfortable doing Run/Walk Intervals, culminating in a 5k. An excellent next step for those who have completed the Green plan.
Recommended experience level: Minimal, Green plan
Program length: 12 weeks
Program end goals: Comfortably run for up to 10 minutes at a time; complete a 5k using Run/Walk Intervals!
Run/Walk Red: A conditioning plan for those who are already somewhat comfortable doing Run/Walk Intervals, culminating in a 10k. An excellent next step for those who have completed the Blue or Green plans (yes, you can go straight from Green!)
Recommended experience level: Minimal, Green or Blue plan
Program length: 12 weeks
Program end goals: Comfortably run for up to 20 minutes at a time; complete a 10k using Run/Walk Intervals!
